Pool Schedule

The pool will be closed from Saturday, August 27th until Tuesday, September 6th.

Water Exercise

Shallow Water Exercise – A great high energy work out that gets your heart rate up. The class is taught in the shallow end of the pool, so non-swimmers are welcome. This is a one hour class.

Monday, Wednesday and Fridays

8:00 a.m.-9:00 a.m.

and/or

Monday
5:45 p.m.-6:45 p.m.

Wednesday
4:30 p.m.-5:30 p.m.

Friday
5:45 p.m.-6:45 p.m.


Deep Water Exercise – In the deep water class we wear floatation belts and enjoy a new variety of different exercises. Come and experience how fun this cardio class can be! This is a one hour class.

Monday

3:00-4:00 p.m. or

Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 9:00-10:00 a.m.

and/or 3:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m.


SilverSplash – Offers losts of fun and shallow water moves to improve agility, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance. No swimming ability is required.

Tuesdays and Thursdays

10:00 a.m.-11:00 p.m.

Fridays

9:00 a.m.-10:00 a.m.
